I look forward to a constructive and fruitful visit with your venture.

Here is what i will do on your behalf.

I will look over the business plan and offer my opinion as well as any suggestions i might have.

I will look over your design for the premises and again offer my suggestion, based upon your possible location. If you do not have a design i will create a paper design for architectural conversion and power supply positions to the equipment.

I will also make you suggestions based upon my 50 plus years experience for the need of probable equipment. This will be based upon your expectations for increased production and possible expansion.

We can then discuss staffing and costings based upon ingredients with a possible time frame from start to completion.

I would be a little unsure of the ingredient suppliers to your location, based upon my lack of the local area and language. If you could approach one of the bakeries outside of your chosen location or one of the local culinary schools and inquire of the telephone number that would be appreciated.

No provision has been made within these terms for on-site staff training and is therefore NOT included in the consultation fee. (This can be discussed for additional training fee)

I will also follow up with emails for a period of three months after the on-site visit and will leave you with a current version of my guide book.

You will need to have a possible list of sites available, and I would be happy to look at them with you and express an opinion.

You will need to engage a variety of contractors for the different trades required to install the various alterations to the premises. This I cannot be held responsible for their lack or misplaced loyalties in architectural work plans.

You will also need to engage an architect to draw the plans into construction work sheets.

You will need to apply for all building permits.

You will need to engage any construction workers to fulfill your venture.

You will need to apply for all health permits and be responsible to comply with those permits.

You will need to engage any staff members required and be responsible for any and all employee costs.

You will be responsible to all payments to any contractors engaged on your behalf.

The consultation fees are $1997.00 Euro $ payable in advance. These charges are for all flights between my location and return with hotel stay for the two day duration of the visit. This is currently less than 50% of the regular consultation fees for the period as this agreement will originate from the UK and not my residence in Canada.

Once payment has been made, full refunds will only be issued prior to flight and hotel bookings being made, after hotel and flight arrangements are complete, refunds will be subject to cancellation charges at the relevant hotel and airfare previously booked!

Cancellations  by either party for any reason – after the visit has begun will be subject to the deduction of Hotel, Airfare (including return flight to origin) & Meal expenses prior to any refunds from the original consultation fees.

By making payment on the above payment form is an acceptance of our terms and conditions as stated above and no other signature is required.
